It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a private garden of around 450 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For an even more spacious and comfortable stay, you can book Les Oliviers du Papet - Le Nid at the same time, to accommodate more than eight people in optimum conditions.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (first flambé offered in winter season subject to safety rules), sofa and dining area. Reversible ducted air conditioning
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and bath (large mirror and two washbasins)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A pool house with a private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 6x11m and 1.60 m deep, open from 1ᵉʳ April to 31 October, secured by a gate.
- A beautiful enclosed, private garden of 450 m², facing south/south-east and planted with olive and oak trees.
- A 50 m² partially covered terrace, facing south/south-east and with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally situated in Châteaurenard, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- The Olivier Pleindoux Aquatic Centre features a large 25-metre competition pool, a heated leisure pool, a paddling pool for little ones, a water slide, a wellness area with a sauna and steam room, an outdoor solarium, water play areas and shaded relaxation zones.
- Hiking and cycling in the Alpilles, the Ventoux or the Luberon
- Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer beach, approximately 76 km away
- A visit to Avignon, approximately 14 km away

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (6 spaces maximum). A charging point for electric vehicles is available (on request and reservation).
