House completely renovated in early 2018.
House without vis-à-vis with 5 bedrooms all modern comfort 220m2, heated and refreshing floor, on a fenced and wooded plot of 3000m2 with a secure 12m x 5m swimming pool with electric submerged curtain, located in Eyragues near Saint-Rémy-de- Provence, close to the typical Provençal village (5 mins walk), ideal for families with children.
5 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor: a master suite with Italian shower, washbasin, and WC, the other two bedrooms on the ground floor have a shared bathroom (bath, double sink, WC), one bedroom upstairs with twin beds. The 5th bedroom is located on the ground floor with its shower room and WC. A TV lounge, a library and a desk are available upstairs.
The main room (living room, dining room) opens onto a large covered terrace and onto the swimming pool and landscaped garden. The American kitchen is equipped with an American fridge overlooking the terrace. Big screen TV.
Outside you will find a large covered terrace (table and armchairs and a garden furniture) allowing you to take all of your meals facing the swimming pool.
The swimming pool beach with outdoor shower is equipped with deckchairs and ottomans, beach games and buoys.
A playground in the shade of a hundred-year-old oak tree will delight your children: slide, swings, climbing tower, large trampoline, etc.
Weber barbecue and plancha are available for your grills. The house is in a natural environment, outside the subdivision. Beautiful property with a large garden and heated pool, perfect for families or groups of friends with children. The pool and garden are superb, and the owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.
