The Ferme de Sudre is a large farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, near the village center of Pernes les Fontaines. (about 10mn walk)
It has 1 large kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 play / reading room, 5 bedrooms with wc and individual bathroom.
You can enjoy its large terrace in the shade of century-old plane trees, its garden (not enclosed) and its private swimming pool.

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children and felt very comfortable in the house. It offers enough space inside and outside. Especially the large pool was the highlight and a welcome refreshment. All bedrooms have air conditioning for cool nights. The area was very quiet and yet within walking distance to Pernes and is recommended for a variety of excursions, for example to Mont Ventoux, to Avigon or to the Camargue. Thanks also to Anne for the good communication and help.

We enjoyed our stay expecially for the external space. Nice garden with nice pool. Owner very friendly and helpfull along our one week stay. The nearby village of Pernes les Fontaines is very cosy with a beautiful market. Thanks again to Olivier & Anne :)

We had a wonderful experience from rental to checkout. The owners were very welcoming. The house is stunning, well laid out and newly and very tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are spacious with good quality air conditioning. There is a good size pool and garden which our large family appreciated. The photos on the website do not do the place justice. There is an extensive choice of shops just a five minute drive away, and much to see and do in the region. This house would be our first choice if we ever visit the area again. Nous avons eu une merveilleuse expérience dès la réservation et jusqu’au depart. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. La maison est magnifique, bien agencée, équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de gout. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une climatisation de bonne qualité.Il y a une piscine et un jardin de bonne taille que notre grande famille a apprécié. Les photos sur le site internet ne mettent pas suffisamment en valeur le lieu. Il y a un vaste choix de magasins à seulement cinq minutes en voiture, et beaucoup à voir et à faire dans la région. Cette maison sera notre premier choix si nous décidons de revenir dans la région.

This house has everything you could ask for, large spacious bedrooms and a lovely garden and pool. There is air con in all the bedrooms which made a huge difference as it was very hot the week we stayed. There are so many interesting places and pretty villages to visit close by. I would highly recommend staying here

We had a very nice stay, friendly welcome, the MAS is situated on the domaine of the family, quitely and perfectly situated for excursions (eg cycling the Mont Ventoux); all sleeping rooms have airco as well; strongly recommended

La propriété est un mas au sein d’un vignoble en activité. Peu ou pas de nuissance durant notre sejour debut aout. La maison est grande est chaque chambre est équipée pour que chaque couple soit autonome (sdb, clim, tv...) Le reste de la maison est parfaitement adapté aux groupes et il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place dans la cuisine, nous avons juste pris un mixer plongeant pour soupes etc. Le jardin est super, la terrasse assez grande pour que les enfants y jouent et la piscine est très agréable aussi. L’emplacement est très calme et on accède aux supermarchés en 5min en voiture. La propriétaire, qui vit à côté, à toujours etait disponible pour répondre a nos questions. Rien de négatif à dire sur cette maison et notre sejour, sauf peut-être la présence de guêpes mais cela affecte apparemment toute la région.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques. La maison est très confortable et très bien située. Beaucoup de possibilités à vélo et à pieds. Le jardin est très reposant avec sa grande piscine. Un endroit où il fait bon vivre. Merci aux propriétaires.

This house exceeds our expectations. Pictures do not show real value of this house. It is quiet and great place, close to the very nice village. House is huge, swimming pool is perfect even for 3 families. You can find here nice table for breakfest as well as for dinner, which are protected from the sun. I will truly recomennd this house even for longer stay.
