Cozy 1BR apartment on the 5th floor of a boutique 7-storey building, just a few minutes’ walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Enjoy a bright lounge with a comfy sofa and window daybed, a handy kitchenette for simple cooking, and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. The area is lively and there can be some street noise, and the walk from the square includes a small hill – but you’ll be staying in a warm, homey base right in the heart of Istanbul.
The building is an older, historic Istanbul property, so you may notice some natural wear and character (such as minor marks on walls or signs of age). It’s not a newly renovated or luxury-style building, but the apartment is always cleaned carefully and maintained to ensure a comfortable stay.
It’s a simple, homey space in a very central location — ideal for guests who value location and practicality over luxury finishes.
Please also note: the area is lively, so there can be some street noise, and the walk from Taksim Square includes a small hill.
Guests have the entire apartment privately to themselves. You’ll enter through the shared main entrance of the building, then take the elevator or stairs up to your floor, where this apartment is the only unit on that level. Inside, you can use the living room, bedroom, bathroom and full kitchenette freely during your stay. The balcony/french balcony area is also just for you. Only the stairwell, elevator and main entrance are shared with other residents.
We will meet you.Take your iD and you can checl in.
You’re staying just off Taksim Square, in a very central and lively area. It’s about a 5-minute walk from Taksim Meydan to the apartment, mostly flat with a small hill as you come down from the square. Because we’re so close to the main street, there can be some city noise at times, especially in the evenings.
Please also note that this is a budget-friendly stay in central Taksim Square, where accommodation prices are usually much higher. Our lower pricing reflects the fact that the building is older and historic, and the apartment is not a luxury property.
Because of the age of the building, guests may notice some visible wear and tear on walls, floors, bathrooms, or common areas. At times, hot water may require restarting the kombi/heater system, especially during high usage hours. We always try to assist guests as quickly as possible if this happens.
The neighborhood is lively and local rather than luxury/residential, as the property is located in the heart of central Taksim. Guests looking for a modern luxury hotel-style experience may prefer other options.
However, as this is a self-check-in property and no staff mostly if you need something it may take time as we’ll come ourselves
