The staff was very friendly, communicated everything well in advance and the service from them was very good. The location was good too and we didn't have any noise issues.
We would like more and cleaner sheets for the bed. We only got the base sheet and a duvet which was not 100% clean. The building is quite old, which is normal, but you could hear if someone was coming down or up the stairs and inside the room there were few things that need someone to look after and revamp/upgrade. Also, the room we chose was very very small. We didn't mind as we literally needed it for a night's sleep, but if someone wants to spend more time inside then they need a bigger room.

For what you pay, the place is amazing. It's clean, the bed is very comfortable, the location is great, just 1 minute away from Istiklal and 3 minutes from Taksim Square.

We didn't have shampoo for two days , the bed was not comfy, noisy street, room was so little
