Location is perfect and very authentic. The owner is a good man who helped with our transfer issues for a reasonable price

The showers could be cleaner and use some rubber mats

Muhammad was such a gentleman who helped me with everything I needed. Full of recommendations and tips. Almost a shame that after 23 years he's wrapping up here to live in London - keep an eye out for his sandwich shop in Holborn! The beds and rooms were very comfortable and clean, I slept so well, I was so impressed given how close it is to the hustle and bustle of the busy shopping area.

I had unwanted sexual advances from my roommate (waking me up to ask if I wanted to sleep with him) and Muhammad very kindly offered for me to change rooms. I was able to manage the other guest myself and he moved himself to another room after that.

The location, staff and value for money

Dormitory at fourth floor with no elevators or stairs could be better.

The staff was amazing, especially one person who was very kind and humble. He helped me with recommendations about what I could do and what I should avoid in Turkey, and that made my stay much easier. I really liked the place. It was organized, clean, and the facilities and beds were comfortable. It also has a simple but very cozy area where you can socialize with other guests. The location is excellent, close to the main square, where you can find public transportation, supermarkets, and many shops. I’m definitely very happy with this place and I highly recommend it.
