Abdullah arranged transfer from SAW airport and met us at the apartment despite a delay with our flights. He kept in touch the whole way and was fantastic in communicating with us and being flexible when we needed him to be with our check in time and arrangements. There was plenty of space for sleeping arrangements and the location was great for getting to Taksim square.

The only issue we had was that the key to the electronic entrance door didn't appear to fit, but it would only be required if the electronic lock was faulty.

The flat was on two floors, living room spacious and good air conditioning in all main rooms. Good beds for sleeping, enough space, even for 8 people. Many shops around and beautiful mosque across the road to visit.

Found bugs in the bedroom. Very hot in the kitchenette, hallway and bathroom with no air vent. Stairs are quite dangerous for children, you can fall from upstairs very easily. Windows are painted very badly, and the curtains don't cover all the windows. The little kitchenette is not equipped. In the empty cupboards and drawers underneath sink could be used for different things if someone would care to make it useful. The streets are very abrupt, and without a car, anyone will feel walking mountains to get to and from the apartment to anywhere.
