1.5 miles direct to Wallis Sands Beach & 10 minutes to Portsmouth. Entire Unit Privacy w/ kitchen, living room, bedroom & bath, washer/dryer.
A perfect spot for 1-2 to relax, explore beaches, nightlife, kayaking, historical sites, walking & biking, whale watching & Island tours.

Our open concept suite is perfect for 1-2 people! Bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, living room area & bath, washer & dryer. (Second Floor)
This is a private entrance suite (attached to our home) allowing complete privacy. We have a keyless entry, so you can come and go as you please!
Rye is a quaint seacoast town, minutes away from vibrant downtown Portsmouth, Kittery, Maine, and coastal New England! Our home is a direct 1.5 miles to the ocean and gorgeous beach. Portsmouth is right around the corner for more adventurous explorations including nightlife, tours, dining, shopping, kayaking and more. Coastal Maine is right over the Portsmouth bridge!
There is parking onsite in the driveway (just beyond the suite) of this residential property with easy in/out access. You do need a car but there are UBER's in Rye and in Portsmouth. :)
Sharing areas: We have a large back yard, a hammock, and a bistro set for your private and personal use!
Other things to note
We were SuperHosts for many years but lost the status because we no longer meet the requirement of 10+ stays (or over 100 nights or more), as we now choose to share our space with family and friends. Our high ratings, response time, booking history, and low cancellation rate still exceed expectations! ;)
