Villa Nórdica, which features a private pool offering complete privacy, is located just a few minutes from Benalmádena Beach; it is one of the most beautiful villas in the entire area, boasting the most spacious terraces and interiors.
Villa Nórdica is decorated in a modern, youthful, fresh, and casual style, offering you and your family or friends a dream stay, relaxation, and guaranteed comfort.
Spanning three levels, Villa Nórdica features 290 m² of modern living space, several sunny terraces with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Casablanca Natural Park. In addition to the private pool inside the house, the residential complex features a large infinity pool, extensive, well-maintained green spaces, and a large, well-equipped community gym for guests’ use. The villa features five comfortable and spacious bedrooms—four of which have full en-suite bathrooms—and a guest bathroom. There are four bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, all equipped with large closets. It also includes two very large, separate living rooms. The kitchen is very modern and equipped with top-brand appliances. Four of the five bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. It is also equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers, a security lock, an alarm system, and a garage for one car or a large van. Each living room features a Smart TV with Netflix, etc.

The villa is a 15-minute walk from the train station and about a 30-minute walk from restaurants and shops. Torremuelle Beach, with several restaurants and bars, is a 30-minute walk away, and the beautiful and charming town of Benalmádena is just 1 km from the villa. In the town, you’ll find several charming squares, restaurants, bars, a bakery, a butcher shop, a liquor and tobacco store, a pharmacy, and several grocery stores—you’ll find everything you need in this lovely Spanish village. Málaga International Airport is a 15-minute drive away. If you or someone in your group enjoys shopping, there’s a large designer outlet just a 15-minute drive away. This designer outlet, featuring over 100 brands, is one of a kind!

The villa’s maximum capacity is 10 people. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the property is prohibited. No parties or events. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. Minimum rental period: 1 week. Please inquire about availability.
Note 1: There is no fence around the pool.
Note 2: The gardener will visit the house at least once a week to tend to the plants and the pool.
- Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Arrival time must be agreed upon with the Agency at least 1 week in advance.
- Arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. incur an extra charge of 100€ payable in cash upon arrival.
- Arrivals after 11:00 pm are via self-check-in; the key will be inside a box, and we will send you the instructions.
Beach towels are available upon request, subject to availability. There is an additional charge payable in cash upon arrival. If you require this service, please contact us in advance to confirm the price and availability.
During your stay, one set of bed linens is provided for each bed, along with two towels per person for use in the apartment (one bath towel and one hand towel).
