Discover this 1-bedroom gem in Colorado Springs. This living area features a comfortable queen bed and a private bathroom with a refreshing shower. We are a smoke-free/drug free property (including cigarettes and marijuana) and the unit rented is a pet-free zone in consideration of allergies. Guests have access to a gym, kitchen, and small living room area. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or stepping out to explore, the space offers a fabulous retreat after a day of adventure. *Please note that the gym/rec space is shared, but the rest of the unit you will have to yourself. You will have your own private room, bathroom, kitchen, couch/TV, and outdoor sitting area!

*If children are in the unit, they will need to be supervised at all times due to open space areas, wild animals, outdoor areas without rails/fences, and breakable/reachable items in the unit. ONLY ADULTS ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
