Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Academy Boulevard and Powers. it is Centrally located just 7 minutes from UCCS University. 20 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, and 20 minutes from Peterson Space Force Base. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.
We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, The family room has a cozy fireplace and 65in TV and can be easily viewed while working in the kitchen
We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

This has been, hands down, the best VRBO experience I have ever had. Chad is an excellent and responsive host. If I had any questions he was quick to respond. The house is beautiful and perfect for all of your family’s needs. It was a perfect spot for us to stay and is close to all store and restaurant conveniences. Chad had everything ready for our toddler so that our stay was nice and cozy for everyone.
I highly recommend staying here!
