Set on a quiet mountainside street in Northwest Colorado Springs, this spacious two-story home offers four dedicated bedrooms and room for up to 8 guests. Relax after a day of exploring beside the indoor fireplace, gather for movie night in the family room, or enjoy crisp mountain air in the private fenced backyard. Deer frequently visit the neighborhood.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Upstairs primary suite: king bed, dual-sink vanity, shower, toilet, and walk-in closet
• Two additional upstairs bedrooms: queen bed in each
• Basement bedroom: queen bed
The family room has a plush sectional and a 60-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, streaming apps, and local HD channels. High-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and an in-unit full-size washer and dryer with detergent support both relaxing getaways and longer stays.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, cooking basics including spices, oil, pots and pans, dishware, glasses, a coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and dining table.
Outside, enjoy the backyard, patio or balcony, BBQ grill with barbecue utensils, and fire pit. Mountain views add to the setting.
