The Home
Welcome to your Colorado Springs home away from home. This spacious 1,730-square-foot tri-level home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, beautiful mountain views, and comfortable spaces designed for both short vacations and extended stays.
The fully equipped kitchen is filled with natural light and includes a cozy breakfast table for two, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee. Just steps away, the dining room comfortably seats six for family meals, game nights, or gathering together after a day of exploring. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the backyard deck, making indoor and outdoor dining easy.
The living room is designed for relaxing, featuring a large sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. Just off the living room, you'll find a queen bedroom with its own TV, along with a hall bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The laundry room is conveniently located nearby.
Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed and private access to the shared full bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hallway. A second upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for remote work or extended stays. The fourth bedroom includes a full-over-twin trundle bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for children, friends, or additional guests.
Additional comforts include fast WiFi, central air conditioning, a two-car garage, and a full-size washer and dryer, providing everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

If you’re looking for a great home-base for exploring Colorado Springs, then this is your place. Unique circumstances found our family relocating Christmas to COS. We needed a central location, not to far from our son’s home in COS, that would accommodate 4 generations.My parents used the Primary Bedroom with bathroom, my wife and I were across the hall, and my daughter, son-in-law, and nine-month granddaughter used the lower bedroom, that had access to an additional bathroom and laundry. An additional upstairs bedroom was available for my son to stay the night if needed. The kitchen on the main level had a new fridge, stove top, oven, and assorted small appliances that made our meal prep easy, and the adjoining dining area provided plenty of room for all to gather around the table, with a breakfast dinette closely by for any overflow.But most of our time was spent on the lower level, hanging out on a comfy wrap around sectional where everyone could see the huge flat screen smart TV, making it easy to watch games or movies. It was also a great area for playing board games and letting the granddaughter crawl around and play. When you have a baby crawling around on a floor and you don’t have to worry about what’s on the floor, you know you have found a place that prides itself in having a clean environment for it’s guests.Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and area excursions. The family went bowling and mini gold just around the corner.Perfect stay!

I stayed at this property for 20 days to be in town for my daughter’s wedding! It was a wonderful location with so many things close by but the neighborhood felt quaint and quiet even with the charming church chimes next door. The home was functional with an easy layout and the bed and sofa were super comfy. I didn’t even miss my bed at home! My dog felt safe and enjoyed the back yard and relaxed well in the home! The owners were attentive and helpful. I was able to babysit my daughter’s dog while staying here too and the owners worked with me well. I hope to be able to reserve this home again when I’m in town visiting my daughter and her new husband!
