⏲️Guests that fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout time will be subject to additional fees.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are based on housekeeping availability—please reach out!
- Before You Arrive: To ensure a smooth and seamless stay, we require all guests to complete a short Rental Acknowledgement and registration form after booking. A secure link will be sent shortly. Once completed, we’ll send your check-in details.

We are not 420 friendly. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside, please. Outdoor smoking is permitted.
We use cameras outdoors and in the garage but never inside. The hot tub is not within view of any camera.
The indoor fireplace is currently decorative and not safe for use.
For your comfort and safety the home is protected with an alarm system. We`ll give guests instructions about how to arm and disarm the alarm.

We were traveling with a 3 year old and this property was perfect! Our granddaughter enjoyed the swing set and the toys in the family room. We found the backyard relaxing. It’s located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the main roads. We enjoyed our stay.

For 30 years we have traveled as friends to places all over the world to explore and make memories. Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods finally reached the top of our list . This property provided a comfortable and convenient location to visit all the key attractions as well as restaurants and bars . The property is spectacular with plenty of room inside and a great back yard to enjoy the night sky.
