Your vacation home is just 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy s south gate, 15 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from Park, movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.
We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with a Keurig, Coffee Pot, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Two bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a 75 in flat screen TV with High Speed Xfinity WiFi and board games.
We also have a foldable crib, Highchair, Stroller available if needed.

This VRBO was awesome. Perfect size for 6. The Master Bedroom was large and the other 2 bedrooms were spacious. The bathrooms were well stocked with upscale soaps and shampoos. There is a washer and dryer available in the basement. We used the outdoor grill for a cookout and it worked perfectly. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. There are plenty of spices and other essentials in the cupboards. We also had access to the garage, which is not common in many of the places we’ve stayed in the past. That would be super helpful in the winter. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to shopping less than a mile away. The owner was accommodating and accessible. Overall it was a great stay in Colorado Springs. We would definitely rent this place again!5 Stars all around!

Such a great place! Very clean and cozy, nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The OJ, milk, pop tarts and granola bars were a nice touch. Highly recommend!!

Very nice property. Very clean with lots of room. The host thought of everything, even down to milk and orange juice in the fridge to welcome us. Loved the property.
