This furnished, Ranch style 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is perfect for military TDYs & extended work or just a nice vacation assignment to beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. Enjoy the entire home as you travel for work or vacation. Minimum stay: 30 days.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, giving you a relaxing place to call your home away from home. The views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range are exceptional. we have wonderful neighbors who respect your privacy.
A washing machine & dryer is inside the home to meet your laundry needs. The home has central air conditioning and heating. You will also have full access to the 2-car garage to protect your vehicle from the elements.
Watch TV on the 65" 4K HD smart TVs with built-in Google Chromecast in the guest bedrooms. Watch a 55" smart TV in the living room. For additional entertainment, there are 2 PlayStation 4 gaming consoles in the master bedroom and downstairs livingroom and xbox 1 in the upstairs living room. It can be used to watch movies via Blu-ray and DVDs and features popular streaming entertainment apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime. Relax in the landscaped backyard with friends on the dining set. While you are at it, throw some steaks on the Traeger BBQ grill.
The Wolf Ranch Recreation Center boasts a Junior Olympic-sized pool (depth from 4-6 feet) with a lap lane down the side. The pool is open daily during the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) with minimal open swim times during the off-season. The Splash Pad is an area just for kids that features a variety of different spouts, hoses, and geysers to help keep you cool this summer. For a low daily cost

We enjoyed our stay at this home and our time in Colorado Springs. The house was exactly as it is described. The owner gave us check in instructions a few days prior to our arrival and the home was found as described. Had no problems finding it or getting in, they even allowed us to park in the garage that gave us a sense of security and kept the car out of the heat. This home is in an excellent neighborhood. Very spacious home, plenty of space to get some alone time. The setup allowed my son to have some space to himself downstairs and play video games while we were in the home. Bedroom configuration is great with the master and another bedroom on the main floor. Two more kids bedrooms are in the basement. The description says no pets but there's evidence the owners have pets as my son has allergies and brought on an allergy attack. The house was clean.
There are a few recommendations I would make to the owner:
1) We couldn't find any dish towels/dish rags in the kitchen.
2) The cooking pans/oven pans were rusted and we couldn't cook in anything except a small egg pan that has a metal handle that can go in the oven too. When we cooked breakfast in small batches, the handle heated up and as in the point above, there were no towels in the kitchen to protect yourself. We brought in a large bathroom towel to help.
3) Upon arrival, the washer and dryer had loads inside of both. There was also a pile of laundry in front of the laundry room sink. We weren't sure if that was clean or dirty. We transferred the laundry as to not allow the washer to get the mildew smell.
4) Bathroom towels were difficult to find until we looked in the dryer and pulled from that load.
5) The coffee pot needed directions and the owner kindly responded to a text message about how to operate it with a YouTube video. There was coffee left inside the machine that had molded and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. We ran it through a cycle with just water to clean it out.
6) There was a missing piece on the stove that we weren't sure if the owner knew about or not. It prevented the burner from working.
Other than these few quick fixes above, the house was clean, fast communication with owner, well appointed and had most things we needed. Thanks for the wonderful visit to Colorado Springs!

Gorgeous house with 4 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! We were all so comfortable and after sightseeing all day we looked forward to coming back to the house and relax. Will be back for sure!
