About this house rental
We provide you a quiet, clean and cozy stay.
My house is located on 166 Street in a peaceful residential area close to playground park. There is a 10 minutes drive to either White Rock beach or commercial area(Walmart, Superstore and restaurants).
It is a 3 layers building with front and back yard. My family lives on the ground and second floor.
The rental unit is a very spaceful walking out unit which includes a bedroom, living room attached to a kitchen, and a full private bathroom. The whole place is clean and new like. Covered by heater and WiFi. All the essential appliances are provided including fridge, stove, microwave stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. You can do a cook, a laundry and shower before going back on your trip.
Maximumly, 2 adults and 2 kids（or 2 small size adults）can be accommodated.
Free parking spot is available on my driveway.
No pet, no smoking inside, no party.
