Enjoy a custom shower with modern fixtures, sink, and toilet. Essentials such as plush towels, toilet paper, and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.

A cozy space with a comfortable sofa, dining area, and Smart TV—perfect for movie nights, relaxation, or spending time with loved ones. High-speed Wi-Fi is also included.
Laundry:
Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, with detergent provided for your stay. Please note that the laundry facilities are shared with another tenant.
Please note that the homeowner lives upstairs in a separate unit with their own entrance. They use the shared laundry during the day, but rest assured your space remains completely private.

This home is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. You’ll enjoy full privacy with your own private entrance at the back of the house for a comfortable stay.

No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. Bringing pets without prior consent will result in a $1000 penalty to cover deep cleaning and potential damages.
