Comfortable beds, well organized kitchen items and I enjoyed the apple at the backyard but the garden is not well maintained.

Location was convenient. there was a large grocery store nearby. It was clean and well kept. The detailed description of layout was helpful. I received regular and helpful communication from host and they were quick to respond to queries.
The kitchen was poorly equipped even by minimum standards-few cooking utensils, pots, pans. Only usable knife was a tiny utility knife. The fourth bedroom was tucked away behind a door that seemed to lead outside (difficult to find at first) and was far from others and bathroom. It was usable but not ideal. One bedroom was described as having a king bed but there were no king beds.
