This unique 2 bed/1 bath beach cottage, on the bluff, has breathtaking views!Perched on the bluff, in the heart of downtown Encinitas, you will find your ultimate tranquility. With breathtaking ocean views, a prime location (walk to everything) and thoughtful furnishings, it offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Prepare to be captivated by the panoramic ocean views by morning and gorgeous sunsets by evening. This older bluffside home is an eclectic throwback to old Encinitas!
This older home exudes timeless charm and character. Inside you will find a cozy and inviting space that’s perfect for relaxing and functional living for those working remotely.
The 1st, front bluffside bedroom boasts breathtaking views.
The 2nd bedroom has peak ocean views and a shared bathroom in between the 2 bedrooms.
The kitchen is quaint but fully functional with stove, oven, fridge, etc.
There are 2 living room spaces. The entry living room has a large picture TV and queen size sleeper sofa.
The 2nd living room/dining room space has panoramic ocean views. In lieu of watching TV in this space you can watch surfers, the sunset, dolphins and whales (seasonally) from a cozy sofa and dining table. You can sunset dine by the sea in your bluffside perch!
A highlight of this property is the stunning outdoor patio by the sea. Overlooking the ocean, this space is designed for relaxation and connection with comfortable seating and large outdoor table perfect for al fresco dining with family and/or friends.
There is a second unit on the property, steps away from your front door. The 2 dwelling units share the property front gate/entry and front yard.
The property is currently available as a 31 day plus rental. Please inquire about shorter stays.

This is a unique older beach cottage with a lot of character. Please feel free to reach out and come see the property prior to booking.
* Only registered Airbnb guests who booked the reservation and have verified identification may be on the property. No third-party bookings or guests booking on behalf of others are permitted. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
*No pets or people are allowed to climb or walk around on the Coastal Bluff. It is an unstable surface and for your own safety, please keep a safe distance away from the edge of the bluff. Parents must supervise young children at all times to make sure they don`t go near the bluff edge, There`s no fence down there along the bluff so each guest is responsible for keeping themselves safe.
* All guests must be comfortable with and and have the ability to walk on uneven surfaces and up and down uneven stairs. The outdoor patio areas are made of brick and they have shifted over time creating an uneven surface. Please watch your step and take care while walking around the property. If you`re not comfortable with walking on uneven surfaces and avoiding trip hazards, you should not rent this property.
*Please be respectful of other dwelling/person living onsite.
*No Smoking.
*Strict Noise Limitations, especially after 9pm. This is not a party Pad.
*The property is not to be used for parties or special events without prior
consent from host.
*Pet Policy – Dogs are welcome at the property. We charge a pet fee of $100 per stay for 1 dog & $150 for two dogs, and ask that they have had a recent flea treatment (within 3 weeks of your arrival date). We also ask that you do not allow them on any of the furniture or beds and that you pick up all pet waste from the property and dispose of it in the trash. These rules also apply to “service animals”. Please indicate that you will be traveling with your dog when you send your reservation request and Airbnb will include the $100 fee with your booking. We will have to send a separate payment request of $50 for the second dog through the Airbnb resolution center after your booking is confirmed.
*Cats are not allowed at the property. If you are traveling with a cat or some other pet please contact us to discuss before booking.
*We strongly recommend that all of our guests obtain Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen incidents that might prevent you from traveling during your scheduled dates. We cannot provide refunds that fall outside of our cancelation policy period.
*The property is being leased and operated (Hosted) by Capri by the Sea, LLC. Guests are permitted to use the property starting at 3 PM on the first day of their stay until 11 AM on the last day of their stay for all confirmed reservations that have been paid in full. Guests do not have any rights to the property as `tenants` as described by CA law. By booking this property guests agree to these terms.
