Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Accessible to the pool, queen sofa bed, Pac-Man table, 65" TV.
Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): 1 queen bed, 55" TV.
Bedroom 6 (Downstairs): 1 queen bed, private patio, 55" TV.
Other things to note
Pool heating available for $125/day. (Hot tub heating is not an extra charge.)
Pets: 2 pets allowed for an extra $200 cleaning fee. Maximum pet weight is 20lbs each. Must be potty trained and not cause any property damage.
Guests may park only in the driveway or garage, with a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed. No boats or trailers are permitted at the house. The primary renter is responsible for any fines issued by the City of Lago Vista if anyone in their group or their visitors parks on the street. Off-site parking for vehicles, boats, or trailers may be available for $85 per stay; please contact the Property Manager to arrange this if needed.
Quiet hours: 10pm-8am. Primary renter is responsible for any noise violation fines.
Security: 4 outdoor cameras monitor the driveway, garage, front door, and pool area; no indoor cameras.
Noise monitoring: Decibel devices in the living room and deck to ensure quiet hours.
Guests are responsible for everyone's safety and security on the property.
Please keep doors and windows closed and locked.
Note: The pool and hot tub are not gated, with stairs inside and outside.
