Come hideaway in our beautiful three story home tucked away in the beautiful Hill Country on a deep cove. This 4200 sq ft hideaway offers 5BR/5BA with views, wildlife and privacy -- the perfect location for a family gathering. Enjoy the privacy and serenity of this beautiful property, nestled on more than an acre of land surrounded by trees.
The Space:

Highlights include two levels of wrap around porches and during Summer months (Or when lake levels come back up) enjoy private boat dock with an upper sundeck. Feel free to also enjoy the provided kayak and latch your own boat from the private dock to spend fun-filled days on Lake Travis.
You will be sure to enjoy yourself on every level of this home!
LIVING AREA
Kick back in the open living area while watching the TV and enjoy a warm fire by the gas fireplace.
KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island for food preparation and eating.
The dining table seats eight, island seats 4 but if you want to enjoy the views there’s additional seating on both levels of the wrap around deck
BED & BATH
Bottom Floor — King bed — Bathroom has walk-in shower and is across the hall.
Middle Level — Primary suite has a king bed and a crib for your little one. The en-suite bath has a large tub and a walk-in shower.
Middle Level — Guest bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a king bed and a second en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
Middle Level — Fourth bathroom offers a tub/shower combo
Top Level — Guest bedroom offers a queen and a full size with a sitting area
Top Level — Loft area offers two twin beds and a kiddy corner for your little ones.
Top Level — Fifth guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Host a cookout on three levels of oversize decks, each with ample seating and incredible water views. Two tables can seat 10 for alfresco meals on both the upper and lower decks.
The dock offers an upper sundeck, two kayaks and room for a 24’ boat.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Internet, washer/dryer, gas grill and two kayaks are provided.
Driveway parking for four cars and additional parking to the left of driveway.
The lower level no longer offers the small dining table in the game room, replaced with a pool table (not pictured at this time)
This rental is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety of the home, owners, and guests.
This three-story house has stairs and main living is on second level. The outdoor areas are accessed via multiple stairs, and the steps to the dock are steep.
One bath towel will be provided for the number of guests you booked for.

Any type of party gathering is strictly prohibited without written consent from local management company (bachelor, bachelorette, fraternity, sorority). This home has a 14 guest maximum occupancy (including children).
Due to home being in a secluded area the internet can be spotty at times. This is out of the control of owners and management. No refunds will be given. Visit the LCRA website for lake information
The property is non-smoking!
The outdoor areas are accessed via multiple stairs, and the steps to the dock are steep.
Property is on Lake Travis which is not a constant level lake. No refunds will be given for lake levels being too low. Visit LCRA for lake information

Launch kayaks or your own boat from the dock to explore local waterways. A nearby public boat ramp is available 1.4 miles away at Arkansas Bend Park; access is subject to water levels.
Find grocery stores and restaurants in nearby Lago Vista, 5 miles away. Or drive the same distance to local favorite Gnarly Gar for Southern-inspired dishes and live music on Lake Travis.

The place was as lovely as described. When issues arose, the host was very communicative and understanding. My family and I made memories here and we highly recommend everyone else to go do the same!

Overall. My group of 10+ greatly enjoyed our stay. The ground floor was our favorite and we took full advantage of the recreational amenities. Also, the ice machine in the bar was a nice surprise. The house was clean and inviting, and we were all impressed and pleased with all of the seating, rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor wrap around patio.
Air conditioning. The home had air conditioning, but there were signs saying not to set it below 73° to prevent the units from freezing/dripping. For our stay in July, we wish we could’ve enjoyed a cooler atmosphere indoors, especially in common areas and downstairs. It was tolerable though, and the bedrooms did get quite cool at night.
Trash disposal. Disposing of our trash was a bit of a hassle. We had 2 large full bags that we had to drive to drop off in dumpsters down the road on our way out. It would’ve been great if this was made easier for guests by having a spot outside of the house to leave trash. On a positive note, I do appreciate management being responsive and helpful with my questions regarding trash disposal.
Lake access. Zero complaints here as the listing photos and description were very clear about the accessibility of the dock/lake. Just a heads up to others that it is a fair trek down and back up. We spent all of our time at the home after one of our party made the trip down to the dock and advised us of the difficulty. This is not a knock on the property though. We more than had a great time indoors.

Lovely spot to watch the eclipse! Plenty of room for all and great spots to hang out. Bummer the lake hadn’t filled up yet but what can you do about that

Great house - plenty of room for all ! The game room is always a big hit for all!
