LAKE IS FULL!!!!! as of July 2025, WOO HOO!!!
Our home has been completely remodeled this winter 2023, interior is brand new. Rare lakefront property with large entertaining home on deep water cove with huge 2000sqft dock. Home on approx. 2 acres with over 6000 square feet of living area + 3000sq ft of decks overlooking on one of the prettiest coves on Lake Travis. Wonderful views of Lake Travis and the western sunsets. 7 bedrooms (huge Master overlooking lake), 4 full baths and a huge game/media room. Covered boat dock for all the fun you can imagine. Manicured lawn, outdoor fire pit and sitting area in yard. Fishing heaven right from our dock for you fisherman with Xmas trees from years past sunk down below in 50 feet of water below dock. Huge game room with sectional couch/55"TV to watch the games, ping pong table, foosball table and card table. Great for families with large gatherings. Perfect escape for family gatherings. Easily sleeps 14 adults in beds + 3 bunk beds= 6 beds) and two additional day beds in common area to accommodate 14 adults and 6 or 8 kids. (note, we do not allow more that 14 adults as we only have 7 bedrooms and we are not a party house trying to stack a bunch of grown folks on couches, etc)
**THIS IS NOT A WILD PARTY HOUSE*** We have a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood and legally enforced lake quiet time is 11pm***and are not close to austin and uber doesn't exist by us.**
Amazing home for family, family fun. this is NOT a get wild/loud, disturb neighbors, pile trash everywhere, etc home. We have an amazing house in a beautiful neighborhood, we do not host wild/loud guests. So please, if your goal is a wild and crazy party weekend, this is not the right home for you. If you try to ignore this and "sneak in" a reservation, you will be asked to leave on the first night with zero refund. I promise you will not get around this. It's a multi million dollar home in a multi million dollar neighborhood....Loud, annoying behavior is not tolerated nor accepted, no exceptions.
TV's in all the rooms with Roku (for netflix, amazon, etc)
Things to Know about our property:
I will send you a very detailed email with pictures, etc of the kitchen, dock, pantry, spice cabinet, etc + local information for shopping & recommendations. The house is brand new interior with a fULLY stocked kitchen, plenty of games, 3 fridge/freezers so you can load all groceries for the week, it's awesome! By far, this is the cleanest, most stocked home you will have stayed in.
Boat Launch: We have a boat slip + 2 jet ski slips on our personal dock + 2 kayaks, floats, etc. We have a list of available boat ramps (5 min away) **please check lake level to ensure they are open.
I have a storage space you can leave your trailer in during your stay. Note: your vehicle must be registered to get into the park so you must get with me 1 week in advance so we can get you a truck/trailer tag.
Restaurants: Find all local restaurants through Google. An awesome Food trucks park is about 10 min away as well.
Curfew: Curfew to take the party inside is 10pm on weekdays, 11pm on weekends. Please keep in mind we are a residential neighborhood and neighbors will complain if it is too noisy outside at night. Use your best judgement and please respect our neighbors. We have sound monitors to ensure no issues.
Deer: We have deer EVERYWHERE! Deer love to be fed and you can feed them off the deck by our grills. Bring Cheerios or deer corn they love it and will hang out for quite a while to entertain you. If they come in the back yard just remember they are wild animals and you should be cautious when approaching too close, but they love our house and if you bring deer corn, you are sure to have an enjoyable time feeding them.
The cliffs in our backyard cove can be jumped off just make sure to check water depth before jumping as we are not liable for injuries. The cove is 25 feet deep in areas but always check depth first before jumping. July 2025, lake is full, cliffs are available.
Floats+kayaks: We have floats inside the dock closet but they do get used over the summer, so no guarantees. Please make sure all floats are put away prior to departure and at night as if winds pick up they will be blown away and lost for our next groups. Our cove is secluded and you can float all day and enjoy the water and dock. + we have 2 kayaks for your use.
No Bachelor Parties! No Wild Parties! and No Events (ie: wedding, etc)
No Events (you cannot host a party at this house, it's for rental guests only)
We want guests that will appreciate this amazing home and treat it with care, this is a family neighborhood. If you plan on hosting a wild weekend of debauchery, please look at another listing, thanks!

Our family of 15 people from three states gathered at Matt's lovely home for five days to celebrate Thanksgiving together. We used all of the bedrooms, so there were plenty of beds (thanks to the bunk beds), and the four bathrooms were enough. Preparing 14 meals required a lot of planning. We placed an HEB curbside pick-up order in Cedar Park and purchased quite a few items at Brookshire Bros in Lago Vista. I confirmed with Matt ahead of time which items were and were not available, and I brought many of my own cooking and baking items from home. The double wall ovens and two additional refrigerators in the garage were essential. We used the china and glass dishes for most meals. There was enough seating by bringing extra chairs from a bedroom and by using the bar stools.We weren't outside much, due to the weather. There are many, many stairs both inside and to go outside down to the back yard. We were glad we brought lots of indoor activities (arts & crafts, games, etc.).The home was sparkling clean, and Matt communicated quickly. Our family made a lot of priceless memories.Thank you to Matt for sharing his beautiful home.
