The house was completely empty when we got the keys, we personally designed and furnished every room from scratch. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, all-new furniture. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get.

Downstairs, the open living area connects the living room, dining space and kitchen, with sliding doors out to the pool lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counters, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar — and the dining table seats all 10 of you at once.

The heart of the house: a dedicated game room with a full-size pool table, foosball, pop-a-shot basketball, Connect 4 and more, plus leather lounge chairs for the spectators. Rainy afternoon or late night after the parks — nobody gets bored here.
