It is situated at 3 minutes to the I-192 (Irlo Blossom) Extremely convenient to take you to nearby Publix supermarkets, Walmart, Target, many shops and famous restaurants.
Tuscany is a quiet community within easy access to the US27. short commute to the Orlando International Airport, Sea World, Universal Studios, Lego Land and Florida’s amazing beaches!
From the moment you arrive at West-side, Florida’s woodlands are literally on the doorstep.

featuring a breakfast granite counter top, brand new stainless still appliances. The cabinets are well stocked with cups, plates, silverware and everything you may need to make this your home away from home.
The house is located at just few minutes to Disney word it is a perfect place for you and your family to enjoy and create memories when you come to visit the theme parks attractions, or the restaurants and nearby groceries and stores.
When you have exhausted yourselves at the park - take a relaxing day and enjoy the house peaceful environment, the decor and furnishing were all picked to make this space a comfortable home away from home.
This place is good for couples, business travelers, families with kids and big groups.
1) Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Check out is at 10:00 AM.
An early check-in or late check-out is possible if the home has availability.
2) Heated Pool / Hot Top / BBQ Grill
A.- You may use the pool and the pool area furniture at all times
B.- The pool water heater and the hot tub use are not included in your stay price, this may be used for an additional Pool heat $55 / Hot tub $25 per day each or get a discount using both by $ 65 per day for both.
Hot Tub and Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and not by per day used, it must be requested within 24 hours before your arrival (1 day in advance notice) Please note that the pool may take up to 24 hours to be heated.
C.- A full size BBQ Grill can be request for only $70 ( one time fee )
3) Inspection
When you check in at the property, you will need to make a walk-thorough of the home. Guest must call immediately to report any damages found upon arrival. If there is damage to the home and it is not reported, then the guest will be held responsible. If there are any damages, you must contact us.
4) Security Deposit:
A $500 deposit will be held on your credit card to cover any damage made to the house during your stay. This deposit it is full refundable within 24 hours ones the property owner or manager has conduct a successful home inspection.
5) Cleaning Fee:
There is a $300 Cleaning Fee, you are not require to clean the house before check out, however Please remember that you are renting a private home, Please treat it with the same respect like you would your own.
6) Smoking and Pets:
An additional fee of $500 + taxes will be charged to your credit card if you smoke or bring a pet in the property. (Front porch, Front lawn, backyard and pool areas included) no exceptions.
7) Party and Events:
There is absolutely no parties or events permitted in the whole property (Front porch, Front lawn, backyard and pool areas included) no exceptions. An additional $2,500 + taxes will be charged to your credit card if you hold a party or event in the property or if your group is larger than the legal allowed maximum of occupants (10 person ).
8) Damages
When the guest arrives at the home, a guest is responsible to inspect the property for damages. If the guest arrives after hours or on a weekend when my office is closed, the guest must call the Emergency Line and leave a message listing any damage, name of the guest, and property address. The time stamp on the voicemail will serve as proof of report. My team shall try to correct the error within 24-48 hours without any major disadvantages for the guest.
After your check out, our team will inspect the house and notify us of any damages made to the home during your stay. we will contact you via email about any damages that were found. We will provide a detailed list along with the amount that will be charged. If you do not report damages right after arrival, then you can not dispute the company final damage report.
9) The client is responsible to read and understand the Terms and Conditions. The client is further obligated to abide by the terms set by my team all their suppliers and the local authority. The traveler must not act in a manner that is of any nuisance for other travelers or neighbors, or that create any security risk or practical problems for Martinez Team and its suppliers. Martinez Team and its suppliers reserve the right to reject a traveler if the traveler's behavior or condition is obvious that he or she cannot commit to this terms. This will not give the traveler any right to demand compensation.
10) Details unique to the area:
Trash: place you trash in the 33- gallon trash, please do not put trash outside on the porch where birds, raccoons and other creatures can get into it. Garbage collector spend early Monday
Fridays the recycling / Please recycle keep garbage separate.
NOTE * We also have a security system outside in front of the houses ( 2 Camaras) main entrance, 1 Ring Bell Camara in the front door.
1 camara on the sides and 1 camara in the back of the house, with the appropriate signs indicating that there are cameras, for our safety and the guests that visit us safety.
And all Camaras be recording during a reservation (24/7)

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is extremely spacious and tidy. We booked this vacation to just get away, we didn't leave the property once. We had space, comfort, games, movie night in the theater, swam everyday and enjoyed every moment. Thank you wonderful hosts for being ready at any time to answer our questions. You have been a blessing!!! We will return

The property was in a central and clean neighborhood. It took 3 to 4 times to get the email with the code that according to the email online when booking states you will get that information 3 days before your arrival, however after calling that was not the case, you get the information at 12 the day of arrival but still took me til 30 minutes before arrival at the property which was at 4.Then after arriving the 2 bedrooms upstairs had no electric, i had called 3 time, texted twice and the person that was to come in to fix the fuse did not get there until 9:30 10 at night! On another day the smoke detector in the living room started beeping and did that all day! I called several times and texted and still nobody came until late at night. We stayed there all that day and had to deal with that all day!!Carpets were stained, couch was worn, too many remotes with no labels as to which one you use. Hot water was Luke warm at best for showering.Hot tub was hot the first day and not the remaining time, the canopy was filthy dirty. The pool table was missing two important balls to play. I could not check the hot water heater setting as the book states because it was behind a locked door and since it took too long to get response for the other issues i was not about to continue calling again.For the money they charged it was not up to that standard and to get help for issues that should not have happened were excuses and long waits. Never stay there
