Welcome to Epic Princess and Villains Hideaway, a magical family retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Tuscany at Westside. Backing onto peaceful conservation with no rear neighbors, this four-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and location just minutes from Orlando’s world-famous attractions.
Step inside and you’ll find a bright, open living space designed for relaxing together after exciting days exploring Central Florida. The comfortable living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to gather for meals, movie nights, or planning the next day’s adventure.
Outside, the screened private pool creates a peaceful oasis surrounded by conservation views. With no rear neighbors, the backyard offers a quiet place to unwind — whether you're starting the morning with coffee by the pool or enjoying a relaxing swim after a day at the parks. Pool heat is available for $30 per day and recommended for cooler months.
