About this house rental
This unique cottage is located at the end of a long gravel road surrounded by two large lakes, where nature starts right outside the door. The property is environmentally classified and run according to organic principles, making it a perfect destination for nature lovers.
Inside, the house is decorated in classic Swedish style with light and bright colors. The dining area has a dining bench and seating for 8 people, creating a cozy atmosphere for meals.
The large grounds of 65 hectares offer meadows, beech forest and deciduous forest. There are many spots to explore, including a swimmable lake north of the house and the terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed. Here you can also take a boat ride and enjoy the beautiful nature. In the lake north of the house you can fish for pike and perch. In the summer, there are cows in the field right in front of the house. During the rest of the year, moose, deer and wild boar visit regularly.
Nearby is the town of Ullared with one of Northern Europe's largest shopping centers, Gekås. Visit the local organic bakery AVE kultur in Friedhemsberg for authentic Swedish pastries. In winter, skiing can be enjoyed at the nearby Isaberg ski area, which offers skiing on 11 slopes and all levels of difficulty.
