*My place is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, family-friendly activities, great views, and the beach(25 min drive). You’ll love my place because of the location,people and neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).You will be in the heart of the historic district in a neighborhood with many restaurants and taverns and on occasion you will hear sirens from first responders and overall sounds of a city.
*Absolutely no house party's allowed
*No pets or assistance animals of any kind allowed on premises because the housing units are separate living quarters where the occupants live separately but share easements in the structure with a child with severe allergies and respiratory asthma.
*Metered parking 8am-5pm weekdays.
Free parking on weekends and holidays. Please note parking signs for street sweeping,special events etc.
*The visitor DAYPASS is available to Savannah vistors for $24 for 48 hours (2 days) and $15 for a single day. The DAYPASS is available at Mobility & Parking Services, 100 East Bryan Street and the Savannah Visitor's Center, 301 MLK Blvd. For more information call (912) 651-6470.
Note: East Bryan Street is 4 blocks from rental. There is free street parking one block east of unit by The Cathedral of St John The Baptist.
