This charming garden-level apartment overlooks Crawford Square, where a picturesque gazebo sits beneath majestic oak trees draped in Spanish moss. Tucked just off the beaten path, it offers a quiet, relaxing stay while remaining within easy walking distance of Savannah's top attractions. Inside, the living room features a queen trundle bed, comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV, and a breakfast table. The modern galley kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Step outside to the tropical courtyard-perfect for enjoying a book, a meal, or your morning coffee. At day's end, unwind in the king-sized bed with a plush pillow-top mattress. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment or courtyard.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.
We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

We had a great time in Savannah and the place we rented was perfect. Very clean and neat and the perfect size for 2 people and a small dog. Almost everything we wanted to do was no more than a 20 minute walk except for going to the beach at Tybee Island. A very minor suggestion would be darker curtains in the bedroom to keep the room darker at night and in the morning. The one bad thing about Savannah is the parking. But, this has NOTHING to do with the rental. Parking is expensive all over the city. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great location and very walkable, which made exploring Savannah really easy and enjoyable. The condo itself is on the smaller side, but it worked well for what we needed, and it was decently clean overall.One thing to note is that parking is not included and does require payment, so just something to plan for ahead of time.Unfortunately, the bed frame buckled on us the first night, and it was too heavy to fix ourselves, so we ended up sleeping at a bit of a slant for the remainder of the stay. Upgrading to a sturdier bed frame would make a big difference for future guests.Aside from that, we had a good stay and really appreciated the location.

beautiful property in great location. Property manager promptly responsive. However. The pull out sleeper bed is a joke. Very dirty and broken down. My friend, all of 110 lbs had to go to a chiropractor after sleeping on it 3 nights.
