Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

The location and the apartment were great. I was initially worried about the parking situation, but there is free parking nearby. Just pay attention to the street sweeping signs and you’ll be good. Parking in front of the apartment is free after 5pm and before 8am and on weekends.Walkability to all of the historic district attractions is great. Getting groceries seems to require driving unless you have them delivered.There are two coffee shops within a five minute walk, several restaurants and a dive bar. Forsyth Park is about 10 minutes away at a brisk walk.The apartment itself is efficient with a galley style kitchen. I was able to prepare breakfasts and simple dinners.The street in front of the apartment can get busy. I slept with ear plugs the first few nights, but acclimated to the sounds quickly. The street out front is also well lit, so a sleeping mask was helpful.I did not have any security issues while I was there. The apartment is around the corner from a police station.Overall, I’d stay there again. It was especially nice if you are staying for a longer visit and want to live more like a local and less like a tourist.

This was our very first experience with a VRBO and we were exceedingly pleased. Southern charm at its best. We were in love the minute we entered through the gate and into the courtyard. We have been to Savannah approximately 40 times over the years as our daughter is employed at one of the historic hotels. This is the first time we have been totally relaxed! We loved the ambience of the decor. It was such a warm, comfortable home to spend our time in. We had thought it might be noisy due to being located by a busy street but that was not the case. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to almost everything! We appreciated it being first floor with a walk-in shower. We also appreciated how quickly you responded to our questions regarding the common door. Our only concern would be that you would possibly put handrails on the steps as I use a cane and on occasion a rollator. But that did not detract from the wonderful stay we had. Thank you for all you do. Lord willing, we WILL be back!

Pro- Great location Cons- Apartment is in need of re-furnishing and painting. Has a musty odor.No frills. Bare necessities..Remodeling was going on above us and workers were cutting wood outside our apartment windows of the 4 days we stayed.
