This comfortable, 100 m² barrier-free holiday apartment offers three bedrooms (three double beds plus one single bed), a living/dining room with a modern kitchenette, two shower rooms, a private infrared sauna, and everything else you need for a pleasant holiday.

The apartment spans two levels (ground floor and basement) and includes a furnished south-facing garden terrace. The bedrooms on the basement level have direct access to a spacious atrium with seating.

Two parking spaces and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The building also features coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an elevator. A shared bicycle carport is located on the property. The rooms have tiled or high-quality vinyl flooring. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with a flat-screen TV (four in total). The living room also features a mini stereo system. A cot and a highchair are also provided in the apartment.

The south-facing balcony and the adjacent garden terrace are large enough to comfortably accommodate at least six people.
