Die Fewo ist zu empfehlen.

Die Fewo ist in einem Ferienhaus innerhalb eines Ferienhausgebietes.Die Lage sehr ruhig in einem Grünbereich.Die Entfernung zur Stadtmitte von Duhnen und zur Nordsee beträgt ca 600 bis 700 m und ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und ohne Tadel.Der Balkon rundet insgesamt ab.

Das Fernsehgerät bedarf einer neuen Sendereinstellung.Das Erste Programm mit seinen Dritten Programmen,ARTE und Alpha und andere Sender sind nicht zu empfangen.

Eine sehr saubere Wohung mit guter, aber nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäßer Ausstattung. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt prima.

1. Die Lage, denn man ist innerhalb von fünf Minuten am Strand. 2. Es gab sehr viel Geschirr und Gläser etc. 3. Es gab eine kostenfreie Tiefgarage mit festem Parkplatz und kurzen Weg zur Wohnung 4. Auf der kleinen Terrasse kann man morgens sehr schön und ruhig frühstücken 5. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. 6. Der sehr freundliche Empfang durch den Vermieter. 7. Dass es zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett gab.

1. Es standen dort sehr abgenutzte Barhocker, wo beim Kunstleder schon alles abgeblättert war und das sicherlich nicht erst seit kurzem. Das trübte so ein bisschen das sehr saubere Gesamtbild der Wohnung. 2. Das Bad ist a sehr lang und somit wirkt es klein. 3. Der Duschkopf war sehr verkalkt und der Einstellungsschalter für eine andere Strahloptionen war defekt, sodass sich die Einstellungen leider nur mit großer Mühe einstellen ließen. 4. Der Kühlschrank schloss nur richtig, wenn man richtig kräftig gegen die Tür drückt. 5. Bei Bookings steht, dass es nur ein Bett und 1 Schlafsofa gibt. Das stimmt nicht. Es gab zwei Doppelbetten und somit auch zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer. Eines davon oben als Kinderzimmer. 6. Die Waschmaschine war defekt und zeigte leider nur eine Fehlermeldung: Error 1 ein, die sich nicht von uns beheben ließ. Alles in allem war die Wohnung nicht mehr auf einem neuen Stand und eher im 90er Jahre Stil.
