We invite you to stay in our home for your holidays!
Ideally located just 5 km from the city center, you will enjoy absolute peace and quiet surrounded by nature, with no neighbors overlooking the property. This home is perfect for large families or two families looking to spend quality time together on the French Riviera.
As parents of three young children, we have thought of everything: the house is secure and child-friendly. We also provide plenty of toys and books for your little ones to enjoy.
The Space
Enjoy a large private lot where children can play safely in our outdoor area equipped with a slide, two swings, and a trampoline.
Outside, everything is designed for conviviality:
Ample private parking.
Summer kitchen equipped with a barbecue and a wood-fired oven for homemade pizzas.
A full outdoor bathroom with a sauna for total relaxation.
The house is air-conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets for your comfort. It consists of three bedrooms: one with a king bed (180 cm), one with two twin beds, and one child's room with a single bed. You will have access to two full bathrooms, one on each floor (one with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower).
A Unique Family Experience
Enjoy an authentic holiday experience: every morning, you can collect fresh eggs from our coop! Our two dwarf goats, Patchodina and Orcalita, will be delighted to come and say hello.
We simply ask that you take care of Petit and Pretinho, our two 10-year-old cats. Very sociable, used to children, and always ready for cuddles, they are the quiet guardians of the house.
Finally, for your travels, a bus stop is located just 800 meters from the house, making it easy to reach the heart of Nice.
