Open living features living room, full kitchen, and large balcony with living and dining furniture. 1st bedroom features king bed, tv and ensuite full-bathroom. 2nd bedroom features queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a pyramid bunk and tv. 2nd full-bathroom easily accessible from the condo. The space
Our unit is located in North Ocean City on a quiet ocean block street that is just a one minute walk to the beach. For your convenience there is an assigned parking space for this unit that is easily marked and just steps away from the building. The build is four stories with a ramp and elevator for easy in and out. There is also a staircase in the front and the back—you have access to two entrances!

After a day at the beach, before heading back inside, feel free to stop at the outdoor rinsing station for a quick rinse off. Great views can be seen from the oversized balcony! Your group will have the space to relax on the outdoor sofa or eat at the full size outdoor dining table rain or shine. For our tech savvy guests—you will find smart TVs, USB charging ports, and free WIFI!
