The fully appointed kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas, making meal prep easy, social, and fun. Additional amenities at this condo include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a community outdoor pool - all within steps of the beach, restaurants, and activities on Coastal Highway. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great property and location. Nicely decorated and cozy. WiFi very weak. Couldn’t get work done easily. Drains in hall bath tub & sink were slow. Fixtures also loose in tub. Screens on sliders in bedrooms were hard to operate. But still would absolutely stay there again! Family loved it!

This was the perfect place for our family! With two young children it was important we were close to the beach to make the trip to and from easy and the location was perfect! The pool was an added bonus, our daughters loved playing in the pool after the beach. The check in process was seamless and the property had everything we needed! We will definitely be back.

Decent place for a short stay. Some minor repairs needed. WiFi did not work consistently the entire stay but we were not going to spend time messing with it during a beach vacation and just used data. Biggest issue was prior to arrival instructions were not given on which parking spots to use and additional door code needed for condo entry. This was frustrating in the heat with multiple kids ready to rest after a day in the sun.
