This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is just a short walk from the beach and offers convenient access to an indoor pool and gym—perfect for rainy days. The unit is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, three TVs, free WiFi, central A/C, and parking for two vehicles. Located in the north end of Ocean City, you’ll be close to amusements, shopping, and a variety of great restaurants. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Occupancy is limited to eight guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.

We were pleased with the size of the property and the location near the beach. It is a short walk to the ocean and just a few blocks from Fenwick Island. We recommend this to people who want a quiet vacation with some friends/family. There are a few cons I will list but they are very minimal ones. We still would come back for the value of this property and enjoyed our time. There is also a nice roof-top area to relax day or evening.
Cons:
- Check in down on 35th street, far from the condo (15-20 minutes)
- Small TVs in the condo
The rental company was quick with check-in and any questions we had. Hopefully back next summer!

We enjoyed the property overall. It was clean and a block from the beach. We cooked in a lot and the kitchen did not have any baking dishes. Checking in and out with the rental company was a pain because we had to drive down to 35th street. They did not let us know that carts were available to move in so we lugged all of our stuff up to the third floor. Everyone checked in at the same time and there's only one elevator. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken.
