Enjoy a relaxing summer stay in this recently updated two bedroom, two bath condominium in Le Lisa on 143rd street in North Ocean City. Just a half block to the ocean, this beautifully updated unit has terrific beach decor, newer furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms. The elevated building has an elevator for easy access and also provides two parking spots. In addition to the beach, this property is a short distance to movies, restaurants, local entertainment and the bus station for easy transport on the beach bus to the Inlet and OC Boardwalk, plus it is only a few blocks from Fenwick Island shopping and amusements. Accommodating up to eight guests, the bed sizes include a queen in the master, two full sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. This property rents mini weeks/full weeks Thur/Sun in season and any 3 nights off season. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Fantastic stay. Short walk to the beach with no worry about traffic. Place was super clean and could tell everything was updated. Also super quiet. Would stay again. Small issue with keyless code not working after check in but was quickly resolved. Didn't bother us at all. Pizza place "Ponzetti's" about 20 yds away had fast great pizza and open late.

Best thing about this condo is its location. This is a quiet street that does not reflect the usual Ocean City, MD, craziness. Park your car, and the rest of your stay you can walk: to the beach, to DeVito's Deli for lunch or dinner, to Fractured Prune for donuts and coffee and to King Kone (next door to the building) or Kohr Brothers for great ice cream. Kitchen is not well stocked so bring some essentials.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Le Lisa 106. The place was the perfect size for a small family. Well maintained and very comfortable. All of the residents on 143rd street were very courteous and friendly. Check in and check out process were very easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lots of good things: 1. location w/in 100 yds of a beautiful, not-overcrowded beach and w/in 50 ft of coastal highway (can't say enough about good location); 2. easy, convenient parking; 3. place was nice and having washer/dryer was great.
Only minor bad: 1. never told us a about key needed for outdoor shower and when we learned about it and asked for it, still didn’t provide one, so tracking sand into apt. was annoying; 2. having to drive approx. 8 extra miles on coastal highway, which is super-slow, to go to their rental office, both to check in and out was an unnecessary pain. This was especially unnecessary for checking out.
