The Christie Lodge is nestled in the heart of Vail Valley, and
centrally located for abundant Rocky Mountain activities. Cozy units
feature private balconies, wood-burning fireplaces, and partial
kitchens (no range top or oven). While the units are air-conditioned in
the living room only, guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air and many
outdoor activities. Also available to visitors are various local
restaurants and shops, and on-site summer and winter sporting equipment
rentals. Convenient shuttle bus service connects to Vail (8 miles or 13
kilometers) and Beaver Creek (2 miles or 3 kilometers).

Important Information

Fee Advisements MANDATORY RESORT FEE: USD $15.75 PER UNIT, PER NIGHT;
OR USD $110.25 PER UNIT, PER WEEK PLUS APPLICABLE TAX. MANDATORY FEE
WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY TO RESORT AT CHECKIN. The Resort Fee includes
Parking, High-Speed Wi-Fi, In room coffee, free local calls, Fitness
rooms, pools, other amenities, and mid-week cleaning. TRAILER PARKING:
USD $25 Per night, per trailer. Single axel only. Please call ahead to
resort. We have included all fees and surcharges provided to us by the
resort. Security deposits may be required. The amount and form of
payment varies by resort and/or season, e.g. Spring Break. Required
surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other
miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long
distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities
usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and
are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to
change without notice. MAIL CHARGE: Guests will be charged $3 for
letter mail and USD 20 for packages to be held. Mail cannot be held
longer than 3 days prior to guest arrival. Resort parking is typically
limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts
may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site
facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for
parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational
vehicle (may not have on-site). Important Advisements This resort
limits the number of Confirmations that may be made by a Member,
including without limitation, those made in connection with an
exchange, Getaway and/or accommodation certificate to no more than
three during each calendar year. Any Confirmations made in violation of
this restriction will be subject to cancellation. RESORT DOES NOT HAVE
AIR-CONDITIONING. Resort has NO ELEVATOR(s). Some resorts have
buildings with more than one floor, with only stairs to access units
and/or facilities. At times, there may be stairs within the units.
PLEASE NOTE: One bedroom units at The Christie Lodge are 423 square
feet in size. SMOKE-FREE RESORT. Smoking is NOT permitted in the units
or public common areas. Some resorts may have a designated area where
smoking is permitted. For additional information, concerns about use of
e-smoking devices or possible penalties for non-compliance, contact the
resort directly. Guest Services Ordinarily, daily maid service will not
be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at
an additional fee. Additional Information Please review the
Confirmation Certificate provided for each completed transaction to
verify that all resort and date information reflects the vacation
arrangements requested. The host accommodations are for use by the
individual(s) named on the Certificate and accompanying guests, unless
a Guest Certificate is obtained. The Certificate recipient must be over
the age of 21. The host unit may vary from the one indicated. The
Certificate does not indicate that a particular view or unit location
will be provided at the destination resort. If confirmed to multiple
stays at the same resort, you may be required to move to another unit
for each stay confirmed. For additional resort or area information,

without incident, certain destinations and time periods may be of
greater risk than others. We do not represent or warrant that travel to
a particular location is either advisable or without risk, nor are we
