This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in Avon, Colorado offers 1,535 sq. ft. of comfortable mountain living and is ideally located just downhill from Beaver Creek and a short walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola, providing easy access to Beaver Creek Resort and Bachelor Gulch mountain.
The condo features a spacious layout perfect for families or groups:

• Second bedroom: King bed
• Third bedroom: Full bed with twin bunk beds
Enjoy relaxing in the cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, or step outside onto the covered balcony with outdoor dining. The condo also includes a private washer and dryer for added convenience. (Note: no sleeper sofa.)
Located at The Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek Blvd, guests are within walking distance of the Riverfront Gondola, Nottingham Lake, the Eagle River, and the Avon Recreation Center, as well as Avon's restaurants and shops. We really like the location of this condo for walking pretty much anywhere. It was great for our group of six. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is well maintained.
