This luxury top-floor corner penthouse spans two levels and offers spectacular views of Beaver Creek Ski Resort. Located in the heart of Avon, it’s the perfect mountain retreat for up to 11 guests. The spacious, private penthouse features a large living room with vaulted ceilings and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes. With three bedrooms, a den, and a loft, the home includes a king bed, two double beds, another king bed, and additional sleeping space with a twin sofa sleeper in the loft and a queen sofa sleeper in the den. Each bedroom boasts its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.
Exterior building construction will be ongoing through the summer of 2025.
The Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek Blvd is ideally located in the heart of Avon, just a short walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola, providing easy access to Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. You'll also be within walking distance of Avon's vibrant selection of restaurants, entertainment, and local amenities, making it the perfect base for your mountain getaway.
The Lodge offers a range of convenient services and features, including a front desk, an elevator for easy access to all floors, laundry facilities on each floor, and a wine/beer/liquor store. For outdoor enthusiasts, there’s a full-service Ski and Bike rental shop on-site, as well as underground private parking. With three on-site restaurants to choose from, dining options are always just steps away.
Each spacious condo at The Lodge has its own unique character while maintaining similar floor plans, offering both comfort and convenience for your stay. NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 7400 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.

Did not meet expectations regarding quality of finishes and poor lighting in most every room. Bathroom tile and floors are very dated. Clean?? Cabinetry was beat up. Oven would not heat over 375 degrees, water on refrig door was a trickle, dishwasher did not

Lovely penthouse was as pictured. Great location with 3 restaurants in the building! The penthouse was very spacious and clean. The furniture was a little dated but in good condition. The master bath shower and tub could use a remodel. Overall, a great place to stay.

Condo exactly as pictured. Great space for eating and family games. Very “sound proof,” we never heard our neighbors. Management super responsive when I needed to replace the blender, etc. Would 100% stay here again.

Would definitely recommend this condo. There was 6 of us but could definitely fit more. Brian of Vail Mgmt was on top of things and communicated very well before our stay. He actually was a life saver when our flight was cancelled out of EGE airport. Highly recommend!
