Welcome to Avon Center Lodge, a centrally located gem in the heart of Avon. This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with all of Avon’s attractions just a short walk away. For those looking to explore further, hop on the nearby bus to reach the slopes of Vail or Beaver Creek in minutes.
As you step inside, you're greeted by an abundance of natural light that fills the open living space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends. Just off the living room, a spacious patio awaits, offering stunning views of the town—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down after a day of adventure.
Down the hallway, you'll find the guest bedroom, featuring two cozy queen beds. Right next to the guest bedroom you'll find the guest bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Further along is the primary suite, which boasts a comfortable king mattress and an updated en suite with a walk-in shower, providing a private and luxurious retreat. There is also a stacked washer/dryer for added convenience.

There are 3 restaurants in the building, as well as a liquor store and ski and bike rental store.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not included.

We were scheduled to stay in a different property and the day before arrival found out that property was not available. Switched to this property. Met our needs but was not as updated as the property originally booked.

Not a bad walk to riverfront gondola. Lots of space, well equipped but could do with ski storage, Check in is very confusing, requires lousy app and lots of patience when you arrive late
