About this apartment rental
1 living room with dining area, a small kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area opens onto the balcony. The bedroom has a double bed. Parking space in the underground garage/lift platform. Only cars measuring 5 m in length and 1.50 m in height can fit on the lift platform. If your car exceeds these dimensions, we can assign you a different parking space for a fee. Please contact us regarding this.
A lockable bike shed is available for your use.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement (for a fee).
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.
Vacation Apartment 2.18 (45 square meters) is located on the first floor and has a balcony. There is an elevator in the building.

Kitchenette: stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 1 TV, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

The central location of Haus Seemeile offers very short walks to the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach. Central location, Wi-Fi, elevator in the building, some vacation apartments allow pets upon request, all apartments have a parking space on a lift platform, alternative parking spaces available for a fee. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A bike storage room is available. There is a well-organized children’s playground next to the building.
