On the lower level of the apartment, you’ll find: 1 living room with a dining area, a small kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a double bed (new mattresses installed in late 2020), and 1 bathroom with a tub.
The bathroom features a bathtub and toilet. The bedroom opens onto the balcony. The bedroom has a double bed.
On the upper level of the apartment, you’ll find: 1 living room with dining area, a small kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed.
Parking space in the underground garage/lift platform. Only cars measuring 5 meters long and 1.50 meters high can fit on the lift platform. If your car exceeds these dimensions, we can assign you another parking space for a fee. A lockable bike shed is available for your use. One pet allowed upon request.

This apartment is accessible only via a steep staircase in the side entrance and does not have an elevator.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of the main building (for a fee)

Kitchenette: dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Electronics: 3 TVs, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.

One pet is allowed in the apartment under supervision. The pet must not be left alone and unsupervised in the apartment.

The prices for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

The central location of Haus Seemeile offers very short walks to the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach. Central location, Wi-Fi, elevator in the building, some vacation apartments allow pets upon request, all apartments have a parking space on a lift platform, additional parking spaces available for a fee. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. A bicycle storage room is available. There is a well-organized children’s playground on the property.
