The approximately 45-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the first floor of the Seemeile.

On the balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun to the fullest. The elevator provides convenient access to the apartment directly from the underground parking garage and the entrance area. The landlord cannot be held liable for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi hotspot. Please note that the parking space is a double parking spot.
Your car must not be longer than 5 meters or taller than 1.50 meters.
There is also a parking space in the courtyard—this is available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.

All apartments are accessible by elevator.

All apartments come with a parking space. Please note that your car must not exceed the maximum dimensions of 5 meters in length and 1.50 meters in height.
