This beautifully renovated thatched-roof property, dating back to 1739, combines historic charm with modern comfort and offers space for up to 8 guests across a generous 191 m² of living space. The detached house is situated on an approximately 2,000 m² fenced-in lot with direct access to the idyllic Luhe River. Perfect for families, nature lovers, and those seeking peace and quiet—and all just about 30 minutes from Hamburg.
The Space:
The house underwent extensive renovations in 2023 and features stylish furnishings, real wood parquet flooring, and high-quality materials such as designer bathrooms with natural stone. There are a total of four bedrooms and three modern bathrooms—ideal for larger families or groups.
The open-concept living and dining area, complete with underfloor heating and a fireplace, creates a cozy atmosphere. The high-quality built-in kitchen with Miele appliances is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, Wi-Fi, a TV with streaming capabilities, and a workspace ensure comfort even during longer stays.
The large outdoor area with a terrace, patio furniture, and a charcoal grill invites you to relax—whether it’s breakfast surrounded by greenery or a barbecue evening with a view of the distant landscape.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including the large, fenced-in property. A private, ground-level entrance ensures a convenient check-in. Ample free parking is available directly on the property.

The accommodation is situated in a quiet, rural setting while offering excellent amenities. Shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities are just a few minutes away.
