Take a dip in the hot tub, gather under the patio string lights, make s’mores by the firepit — mostly, it’s about the memories you’ll make together.
The home backs up to wilderness and hiking trails, hike to Paige Meadows (a favorite locals` spot 😉)

-A $1500 security deposit hold is required post booking, before check-in. If no damage is found it is released within 3 days of your checkout. It is a pre-authorized hold, not a charge.

- No smoking/vaping indoors; $500 remediation if evidence is found
- Primary guest must be 25+
- Ensure curtains are 2-3` from fireplace in living room
- Lock all doors, there is active wildlife in Tahoe
- Packages accepted during your stay; mail is not accepted (no mailbox/key)
- Privacy: exterior‑only cameras at entries; smart decibel monitor—no audio recording—used solely to maintain quiet hours
- There are health risks associated with the use of hot tubs. Guest agrees to use the hot tub at their own risk.
- Do not remove shampoo/conditioner bottles with you when you leave. There will be a replacement charge.
- Do not rearrange the furniture.
- Dispose of all trash to the outdoor bear box. Check that top and bottom contact points are fully latched.
Security Deposit
- $1,500 hold via Enso Connect (Airbnb‑authorized)
- No charge unless damages; auto‑released within 3 days after departure
- Any deductions are itemized and shared
