5 Star Reviews! This spacious and beautifully maintained mountain home is located in the heart of Tahoe in beautiful Tahoe City. Nestled among tall trees and 1 block from Lake Tahoe, this is the ideal vacation home! Spacious accommodations with 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs ), each bedroom with multiple beds, 2 full baths with double sinks, granite counters, heated tile floors and extra shower in sauna. Living room with game table, Smart TV with cable service, stereo system, DVR and WI-FI. Family Room features a stone gas remote controlled fireplace - just turn on by using the remote control - beautiful ambiance!
Beautifully remodeled kitchen which is fully equipped with new dishwasher, microwave, double ovens & 6 burner gas stove - everything provided including dishes, pots & pan, cooking utensils. There is dining area with large dining table that seats 12 plus additional table in living room that seats 6. The utility room has washer and dryer and 2nd refrigerator.
Relax in the brand new bubbling spa with 40 jets - always ready to use - towels are provided! After a fun day in Lake Tahoe, the cedar sauna upstairs awaits you!
Our home is in an Ideal location in Tahoe City -1 block to beautiful Lake Tahoe, convenient to ski resorts, great restaurants and shopping. Easy access off Hwy 89 with large , flat parking area and just minutes from Tahoe City - great walking trails and beach access. Street and driveway area snow plowed during winter!
Everything is provided in this home - dishes, cooking and baking supplies and linens - just come and be ready to have fun!
This home is available for an amazing summer vacation and during the Fall and holidays. During summer months the minimum rental period is 6 nights. During Fall the minimum rental period is 4 days.
Large, fenced back yard has a deck with bubbling spa, table and chairs, horseshoe pit and gas BBQ. This is a relaxing & comfortable home with lots of room! Dogs NOT allowed except with special permission from owners - For consideration all pet information & picture of pet must be submitted. No cats allowed.
