The home comes fully equipped: chef's kitchen with island, central A/C, WiFi, smart TVs, washer/dryer, gas BBQ grill, outside shower, fenced yard, garage plus three parking spaces, and beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, 2 bikes, a beach cart, and toys.
