Luxury Avalon Beach Block 6BR/5.5BA with Heated Pool & Hot Tub & Putting Green!

This house is BEAUTIFUL, inside and out! We were blown away by how well kept the house is - it’s clear someone takes very good care of it. The location couldn’t be better - you literally do not have to cross a street to get to the beach. Don’t be fooled by the map, you pass maybe three houses and you’re at the beach. Matt was super helpful and responsive. He recommended a linen rental company, which worked great for us. We picked up the keys at a real estate agent office and it was very easy, no lines. The kitchen was well stocked - with both a Keuring and regular coffee pot. All the kitchenware you could need. We did need to use one of the bathroom towels as a kitchen towel but it’s full of useful things: tinfoil, ziplocs, olive oil, coffee filters, etc. The beds are comfortable and there’s a bathroom for everyone, plus a powder room. Two very large areas for watching tv and a beautiful deck off the front to watch sunsets. The pool and hot tub were huge hits, we used them both every day! The hot tub heats up quickly and is very easy to use. There are alsoThe only two things I’d flag is there are no lounges by the pool (chairs but no chaise of any kind) and no outdoor table big enough to seat everyone. Which probably wouldn’t matter 90% of the time - we just happened to be there during AMAZING weather and we would have loved to eat outside. But those are just small details - overall the house was so fabulous! I highly recommend booking it for your family vacation!

Beautiful, amenity laden home in a perfect location. The pool, multiple decks and living rooms provided an idea sanctuary to relax after a short walk back from the beach. Matt, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.
