KITCHEN ITEMS
This rental comes with a basic stocked kitchen including pots, pans, baking sheets, silverware, bowls, plates, drinking cups, coffee cups, drip coffee pot, cooking utensils, salt and pepper, dish soap, 1-2 rolls of paper towels.

BATHROOMS
This rental comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom anything additional is responsibility of tenant to bring. Bath towels are provided by the owner. We provide hand soap **bring you own shower items: shampoo, body wash, conditioner.

CABLE & TVs
There are 3 TVS in the home located in the Living room and two of the bedrooms.

Heated private pool
Pool is set for 82 degrees. Please do not touch the pool equipment.

There is an outside grill and outside furniture/deck space. Guest are responsible for any propane needed. One Tank is provided.

We provide 6 beach chairs but cannot guarantee the total number as they may be lost by previous guests.
